- 24 months and above of U.S Healthcare of Claims Adjudication

- Providing SME support for escalated issues

- Identify trends & create solutions for process improvements

- Drive process improvement activities

- Should have in depth analysis experience (i.e. identify root cause, contributing factors and impact)

- Intermediate Excel skills (i.e. tracking data, charting, creating pivot tables, using formulas)

- Intermediate PowerPoint skills (i.e. building custom presentations, modifying pictures, using SmartArt, importing tables and charts)

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent time/project management, organizational and problem solving skills needed

- Attention to detail
