Desired Skills / Primary responsibilities :

Educational Qualifications : B.Tech / MTECH /MCA/ MS Graduation (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).

- Total IT Experience should be between 8.5 - 10 Years.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as Scrum Master.

- PSM, PMI-ACP or other Scrum certifications.

- Background in Kanban and other Agile processes

- Experience working with more than one team.

- Experience with offshore and otherwise distributed teams.

- Previous software product development experience.

- Configuration Management experience.

- Release Management experience.

- Working knowledge of Rally.

- Experienced with leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

- Must be self-motivated, positive, energetic, confident, and ethical with a strong drive for results.

- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and knowledge transfer skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Capable of working individually and in a multidisciplinary team

- Demonstrated excellence in leadership and ability to create collaborative, productive teams

Qualification - Must Have :

- Facilitating Scrum and other Agile practices within Scrum teams

- Work with Product Owner and members of the sprint teams to ensure grooming of product backlog

- Expertise in Scrum practices & ceremonies - sprint planning, Demos, Retrospectives, user story development and release planning

- Effective participation in Scrum of Scrum Meetings

- Maintain & track the Capacity Planning, Sprint Burn Down chart & Sprint Velocity

- Exposure to Database, Application Build & Deployment is added advantage.
