Academic :
BSc/ MSc/ BE/ B Tech / MCA/BCA
Industry Certification (Good to have) :
- Any Project Management Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2
- 8-10 yrs of experience in Project Management
- Able to perform the PMO function, Proficiency in resource management(demand intake/suppy) and lead the consolidation of account data for resource including financial performance, attrition and other metrics
- Proficiency and experience in Project Management Lifecycle, Software Development Life Cycle is desirable
- Should have experience in creating and managing Project Work Breakdown Structures, Project Health Metrics and Dashboards independently
- Should have experience in preparing and managing Issue/Risk/Changes on the Project
- Should have experienced and learnt new project management tools/applications/ process as part of last assignments
- Managing Team data & presenting to Senior Management, reporting & metrics Evaluation.Additional Job Information

- Managing Operational activities for Team.
Project Deliver :
- Complete medium to complex project management assignments independently
- Review work and deliverables with reporting supervisor
- Participate and contribute in Project Plan and Estimation Review Sessions
- Complete WBS Build outs, Excel reporting on medium to complex- assignments independently
- Review and Complete project management dashboard reporting and analysis
- Create project related documentation
- Ensure compliance to organization and project defined standards and processes

- Guide, train, instruct and assist others at lower levels on straightforward functional/technical issues

Job Knowledge :
- Complete WBS Build outs, Excel Reporting on straightforward assignments or smaller, less complex systems
