Job Description - Essential:

- Total work experience: 10-12 years IT Project Management experience

- Should have managed full lifecycle IT projects

- Should be proficient in the usage of Enterprise Project Management tools (like Planview and/or Clarity, other planning tools)to manage projects/programs

- Must be ready to demonstrate flexibility in the working hours, especially during times like release, war room scenarios, important business stakeholder meetings

- Assertive Leadership skills displayed while dealing with very senior stakeholders from IT and Business; Exceptional oral and communication skills a MUST

- Must be a proven task-master, and expert in Stakeholder management; demonstrated experience dealing with bringing together multiple teams across Apps, across cross-shore teams like in Offshore & Onshore, and diverse stakeholder groups in IT & Business, and leading them through

- Proficiency of IT Project Management Lifecycle, Software Development Lifecycle processes and methodologies, with specific knowledge of topics around cost, schedule and quality management

- Proficient in Java/J2EE technology, Advanced J2EE concepts like Spring, Hibernate & MVC framework and ESB.

Desirable:

- Healthcare Domain knowledge, with practical knowledge around solutioning capability for Healthcare industry

- Agile project experience (playing champion, or Scrum Master or Agile Coach roles) is advantageous, though not essential

- PMP or PgMP or PRINCE2 or any similar industry-standard certified PM professional

- In-depth application knowledge, in the area of Application/Healthcare domain one is coming from

- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA (must have)

- MBA Preferred
