As a Facets Manager, you would work as a part of a dynamic team involved with software, web, portal, application, and other development activities for new systems and/or enhancements with a focus on delivering a quality product.

Primary Responsibilities:

- 9-10 years of experience.

- Experience to lead the team of around 10-20 resources.

- Must be good in adapting & adopting new technology footprints to optimize business solutions.

- Experience in team handling and resource planning – sending status report to Onshore and higher management

- Work with SQA for following the QMS process.

- Drive the culture of innovation with the team.

- Applies knowledge of principles and techniques to solve technical problems.

- Should have knowledge of development in Trizetto Facets

- Should be able to translate the business requirements/functional design to job design.

- Should have good knowledge of SQL.

- Collaborating with QA team members.

- Develops innovative approaches on performance optimization & automation.

- Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor.

- Adherence to the defined SLA Compliance etc.

- Developing and maintaining standards, common processes and best practices as per Industry standards

Qualification : B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with minimum 15 years of formal education (no correspondence courses can be considered).
