Project Manager - Should be an expert in Excel. Have the ability to deal with large volumes of data, well versed with formulas, Pivots etc. and should be able to prepare meaningful reports for Senior Leadership review.
- Building strong relationship with the onshore leadership and support functions and utilizes the relationship to maximize the results
- Should be an expert in Power Point and able to understand the output needed and prepare high quality presentation for Sr. Leadership reviews.
- Should be very organized, Proactive and able to work with minimal direction from the Leader.
- Must have good analytical skills with an ability to review numbers & provide insight on trends
- Candidate should be extremely sensitive to the timelines and should be able to deliver the results by the committed date
- Should have the ability to work with Operational Leaders across segments/Departments within OGS and help the Director Drive various Business initiatives.
- Meets financial objectives by collating the Forecasts and matching the same against the actuals identifying the reason for variance and subsequent corrective actions.
- Well versed with preparation of Monthly OBR for Director Review in the prescribed format ensuring to bring the relevant gaps to the forefront and then tracking the minutes regularly to ensure closure of the same
- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change
- Organize the Leadership Outings and also coordinate the Purchase order creation, Finalization with the vendor management team and also coordinate the entire event end to end
- Should have exposure to BCP and Site management activities and able to add value at the site level as well
- Maintain cadence around various projects & initiatives
- Maintain Governance structure & do follow ups & drives the projects to completion
- Should be able to manage/run multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

Qualification - Mandatory Requirement :
- 8 to 10 years in fast paced BPO environment with at minimum 4 years in project management role.
- Must be a Graduate. Post Graduate would be preferred
- Should be flexible to work in different shift timings basis the business needs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience as a Black Belt role would be an added advantage and should have worked on Lean, Six sigma and Green Belt Projects
- PMP certification would be an added advantage
