Job Description - Job Responsibilities

- Manage cross functional projects & initiatives for Operations. Projects aligned to one of the following focus areas for Operations :

a) People

b) Financials

c) Delivery Excellence

d) Growth

Role will be a part of site management team.

- Manage critical / high profile client visits or people events at OGS

- Put together & manage agenda for the visits / event

- Work with multiple stakeholders from Operations & support functions to put together presentations (PowerPoint) for the visit / event

- Work with the support teams & site leadership to manage logistics at the respective sites

Qualification - Skillset required :

8 - 10 years of overall work experience, of which:

- 3-4 years of experience in managing projects, or 3-4 years of experience in delivery operations with experience in running strategic/transformational initiatives for the function.

- Experience managing projects in PMO Operation . Not from IT domain. PMP / Prince2 or Six Sigma Green belt certification would be preferred.

- Should possess strong business & financial acumen

- Proficient at the use of MS Office suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, sharepoint, MS projects)- Good analytical / reporting skills- Strong communication skills.
