Job Description :

- A candidate in this position would be responsible for business impact, revenue growth, client delight and contribution for a capability

- He/she would be responsible for project delivery, client management, and to drive business transformation

- Identify leading industry trends, customer needs and build transformation strategy

- Translate broad organization goals to specific projects.

- Identify, Lead and manage transformation projects

- Partner with onsite partners on ongoing initiatives.

- Responsible for Client satisfaction on all engagements in their purview

- Coach/consult executive management and guide Champions with project selection and scope, assuring linkage between projects and business and partner priorities

- Mentor and coach Champions, Black Belts and Green Belts in the use of Six Sigma tools and methodology to ensure timely completion of projects with expected results

- Work closely with Country leadership to drive efficiency, effectiveness and capability building activities

Qualification - Education and Experience :

- Post Graduate

- 12-14 years of overall experience, of which atleast 8+ years to be in the areas of consulting, process reengineering, project management and in client facing roles

- Experience of applying lean six sigma methodologies to drive process improvements

- Experience in relevant industry domain

Skills Required :

- Strong working exposure on Quality concepts and methodologies

- Strong people management skills and Leadership skills

- Expert in applying Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, Tools,

- Results based focused skill set with strong impact and influencing skills.

- Tenacity and energy in leading change towards an effective work environment.

- Ability to communicate effectively to direct and motivate team and others, maintaining a persuasive and credible presentation style at all levels of the organization.

- Strong analytical skills and process focus
