Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities :
Total work experience: Approx. 10+ years of which 5+ years IT Application/System Integration, IT Infrastructure.
Solution Designing for Govt. projects preferable
Gathers and assesses customer needs, both business and technical; Identifies required project steps
Adapts solution design to new requirements and establish the validity of a solution and its components
Partners effectively with others in the account to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction
Experience in documenting Solution Write-ups, resource planning and project plans
Sizing of various components- not limited to server, storage, bandwidth etc.
Coordination with vendors and internal and external stake holders.
Windows Active Directory, Hands on experience L3 + including Patch management tools, Security policies,
Windows/Linux Hands on experience- but to a level of L2
Networking on switching, routing, level of L2/L3 with hands on experience, Router configuration etc.
Server Components including SQL, MYSQL etc., Printing, USB Peripherals, Lock down policies, Firewall & Antivirus solutions.
Server Room Management including Rack layout, cabling, Fibre routing, networking & physical layer.
Vendor Management for SLA/Troubleshooting and escalations.
Effectively maintain and build relationships across business groups, geographic locations, with demonstrated leadership capabilities and influencing skills across levels
Create a team oriented work climate that enables professional development and encourages creative solutions and strategies, establishes collaboration and emphasizes quality and cost effectiveness
Provide coaching and oversight to stake holders where required
Ability to recognize up and downstream impacts, and plan impact mitigations
Proficiency in the identification and use of Risk Management practices
Should be proficient in the usage of Enterprise tools (like MS Visio etc.) to manage projects/programs
Maintains excellent communications with customer management
Interacts with various Category Teams to articulate the value proposition in the solution and treat them as extended team
Assertive Leadership skills displayed while dealing with very senior stakeholders from IT and Business; Exceptional oral and communication skills & a MUST
Must be a proven task-master, and expert in Stakeholder management; demonstrated experience dealing with bringing together multiple teams across diverse stakeholder groups in IT & Business, and leading them through

Qualification - Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher level of education or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of System Development experience
- 5+ years of Business analysis experience
- 5+ years of Supporting/Maintaining Operating SystemsAssets
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
- Proficiency with MS Visio
- Healthcare Industry experience
- Database Administration experience
