Job Description - Primary responsibilities :

- Responsible to identify monitoring opportunities proactively and provide consultation

- Explore all available tools and do a CBA analysis and share the recommendations / findings

- Closely work & coordinate with SS&MO leaders to get the best practices implemented

- Responsible for maintaining the quality standards of all deliverables.

- This includes working on creating the Knowledge Repository, creating Known Error Database, Documenting High Priority Incidents and working on Root Cause Analysis as per Organizational Standards.

- Identify risks and put up a mitigation plan proactively

- Coordinate with multiple teams and complete implementations/tasks as per defined timelines.

- Manage a team of 5-6 members with complete ownership w.r.t. people management, productivity improvement, budgeting etc.

- Responsible for analyzing the Team Skillset and Recommend professional development and training activities for Developers and Analysts in the teams.

- Able to do deep dive analysis to identify opportunity of optimization and better stability

- Host scheduled Status Calls and provide status to management

- Provide Training on area of expertise as needed.

- Maintain trackers to demonstrate performance against identified metrics.

Qualification - Required Qualifications:

Educational Qualifications : B.Tech / MCA / Graduation (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).

- Minimum IT Experience should be 11 years for G28.

- Good understanding of architecture and technologies like Java, DotNet, MainFrames.

- Proficient in Monitoring Tools implementation and usage.

- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

- Should have supported and communicated with US clients in past projects.

- Able to coach and mentor people on Tools, Technology & Processes

- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)

- Adaptable to work in Night Shift

- Ability to work under strict timelines without comprising on quality.

- Background in healthcare industry applications preferred
