Predominantly you will be designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver value to our organization. Primary Responsibilities:

Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems.

Architect and design application and mentor team

Lead and execute multiple projects including Dev, SA and QA

Manual testing experience

Good working knowledge on testing metrics

Communicating with stake holders for resourcing and status

Translate requirements into technical specifications

Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks.

Should be flexible enough to learn new skills.

Analyzes and investigates.

Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise.

Good communication and presentation skills

Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems.

Translates concepts into practice.

Work with business segments to better define project requirements for development and implementation

Translate requirements into technical specifications

Work with developers to get projects developed and implemented

Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with developers and business resources

Must have Agile experience

Qualification:

Good Communication Skills.

B.Tech/MCA

Experience: 9+ Years

Strong analytical and problem solving skill.

Good written & oral Communicating skills.

Should have worked on Core Java/J2EE technologies.

Experience in Automation & Test case automation, continuous integration and deployment

Well experienced on Design patterns and sound knowledge of Framework.

Working knowledge in Web services with Soap

Should have worked on Oracle 11g with sound knowledge of writing sql queries, package, procedures and triggers.

Experience coordinating with SMEs and Onshore.

Healthcare Domain experience
