Job Description/Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

- Reviews, Defect Tracking & Closure, Budgeting, Estimations & Cost Control, Scope & Release Management, Weekly Status Reports, Audits & Compliances, Metrics Management, Meetings & Reviews, Risk Mitigation & Control, Gaps Analysis, Change Control Management, Resource Optimization, On-shore Collaboration, Knowledge Management, Transition Management, Software/hardware Procurement Management, Hiring & Resourcing Management

- Ensuring timely deliveries for all assigned tasks as per SPRF timelines.

- Provide technical leadership to the team. Mentor and guide them whenever required.

- Adherence to the defined DEV delivery process/guidelines like Design & Development, Implementation, Change Management, SLA Compliance, productivity and other application goals etc.

- Participation in Design reviews, Code reviews, Test Case reviews and Application readiness reviews for new releases provide inputs for Go/No Go decision.

- Develops innovative approaches on performance optimization & automation

- Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor. Participation in monthly PMR.

- Participation in various application process initiatives like QMS, CMMI, PMR etc.

- Key job functions would include analysis, design, debugging problems, QA support, providing code fixes & testing. Conduct root cause analysis on all incidents and recommend a corrective action plan.

- Ensuring timely update to stakeholders.

- Ensure availability over weekends/holidays as may be needed due to project- requirements

- Achieves harmonious working relationships with business partners and within team.

- Good oral & written communication Skills.

Qualification/Desired Skills :

Educational Qualifications : B.Tech / MTECH /MS-Graduation (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).

- Total IT Experience should be between 8.5 - 10 Years.

- Background in healthcare industry applications development and support

- Proficient in using of web server application

- Proficient in using Java/J2EE.

- Proficient in developing and implementing web Application.

- Proficient in J2EE Design Patterns.

- Proficient in frameworks Struts.

- Proficient in Hibernate.

- Proficient in Design Patterns & Solution Architecture

- Good experience on UI Technologies - CSS, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery

- Proficient on Web services - SOAP and RESTful

- Proficient in Agile Scrum.

- Background in healthcare industry applications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Should possess sound knowledge of SDLC.
