Job Description - Essential:

- Total work experience: 8-10 years

- Should have managed the team of 8-10 members as project lead and should have exposure to full lifecycle IT projects

- Must be ready to demonstrate flexibility in the working hours, especially during times like release, important business stakeholder meetings

- Exceptional oral and communication skills

- Must be a proven task-master, and expert in Stakeholder management; demonstrated experience dealing with bringing together multiple teams across Apps, across cross-shore teams like in Offshore & Onshore, and diverse stakeholder groups in IT & Business, and leading them through

- Proficient in Java/J2EE technology, Advanced J2EE concepts like Spring, Hibernate & MVC framework and ESB (preferably Mule ESB).

Desirable:

- Healthcare Domain knowledge, with practical knowledge around solutioning capability for Healthcare industry

- Agile project experience (playing champion, or Scrum Master or Agile Coach roles) is advantageous, though not essential

- In-depth application knowledge, in the area of Application/Healthcare domain one is coming from
