Job Description - Description As a Facets Lead, you would work as a part of a dynamic team involved with software, web, portal, application, and other development activities for new systems and/or enhancements with a focus on delivering a quality product.

Primary Responsibilities :

- 7-8 years of experience.

- Experience to lead the team of around 5-10 resources.

- Ability to understand HLD& LLD documents.

- Must be good in adapting & adopting new technology footprints to optimize business solutions.

- Applies knowledge of principles and techniques to solve technical problems.

- Should have knowledge of development in Trizetto Facets

- Should be able to translate the business requirements/functional design to job design.

- Should have good knowledge of SQL.

- Knowledge of Unix commands/Shell scripting is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of SQL, must be able to code stored procedures and SQL.

- Specification and management of coding, usability and quality standards.

- Familiar with Subversion tools.

- Collaborating with QA team members.

- Participate in Test Case reviews, and Production Support for incidents.

- Develops innovative approaches on performance optimization & automation.

- Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor.

- Adherence to the defined SLA Compliance etc.

- Developing and maintaining standards, common processes and best practices as per Industry standards

Technical Skills :

- SQL, PL/SQL

- SVN.

- Experience in Agile development and unit test writing

- Background in healthcare domain

Qualification : B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with minimum 15 years of formal education (no correspondence courses are relevant)
