Job Description : Candidate should be a self-starter. This is an individual contributor position, with functional reporting to Onsite (US) from EPMO

Relevant Experience : Functional Project Management role for at least 3 years

Desired Skill : CAPM / PMP desirable

Shift Timings : 2:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Essential :

- Hands-on experience in managing lifecycle of multiple Application Development projects (not people management Lead / technology lead roles) within a PMO/Change Management/PM Consulting function

- At any given point of time, in last 3 years, must have managed independently multiple 100K+ USD projects, or segments/modules of large 1MN+ USD projects

- Minimum 2 years' experience working in Onsite Offshore Model, working extensively with Onsite stakeholders from Offshore

- 3+ years of experience in creating reports using Excel macros, create dashboards, data gathering/analysis and documenting processes effectively

- BE/BTech or equivalent qualification; MBA is a good value-addition

- Should be proficient in the usage of Enterprise Project Management tools (Planview/Clarity/MS Project)

- Should be familiar with Project life cycle, and PMO processes including resource allocation, scheduling, WBS build-out, maintenance, status reporting

- Effective Reporting on Project deliverables, to include progress of the project, issue identification, burn rate, trend analysis etc.

- Familiarity with Risk Management Practices

- Demonstrated ability to Influence as needed in a highly matrixed organization, within a context of project/program management

- Identify issues and escalate as appropriate

- Regular night shift coverage (230-12 shift) with ability to stretch as needed by the program [NOTE: Shift may change to 5 pm-3 am]

- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills a MUST

- Must be able to assertively communicate with multiple stakeholder groups in different US timezone/locations
