Job Description - Primary responsibilities :

- Create and maintain project related documents Test Strategy, Test Plan etc.

- Study and analyze software requirements/specifications and create test scenarios/cases

- Participate in review of project deliverables and ensure quality of deliverables

- Participate in Sprint planning meetings, Scrum meetings, and Retrospective meetings

- Project Management – assigning work to team, status update, feedback discussion

- Strong knowledge on Agile concepts and related processes

- Strong knowledge on tools – Rally, SOAP UI, ALM

- Strong knowledge on SQL writing and database Testing Concepts

- Strong knowledge on File validation in Server [FTP/UNIX]

- Strong Knowledge on Selenium Automation – Framework designing, enhancement etc.

- Perform Manual Testing for System/Integration/Regression testing as per test plans

- Track bugs/issues and update defect status

- Prioritize work as per project schedule and quality goals

- Participate in walk through meetings and in production check-out tasks

- Take initiatives to enhance domain/technical knowledge

- Understand organizational QMS and follow processes

- Contribute towards Bright Ideas, Lean projects, Green Belt projects

Desired Skills :

- Total QA experience of 8+ Years

- Understanding of SDLC & STLC

- Work experience in Agile Lifecycle

- Work experience in Rally Tool

- Work experience in SOAP UI Tool

- Work experience in ALM Tool

- Work experience in Selenium Automation, Framework designing

- Basic SQL knowledge for database testing

- File validation in Server [FTP/UNIX]

- Knowledge of Healthcare

- Basic Knowledge of Excel Macros

- Defect Reporting & Tracking

- Should carry a positive attitude and a good team player

- Willing to work in 2:30 PM & 12:00 AM shift
