Shift Timing (IST) : 2:30 PM - 1:30 AM Regular night shift coverage (230-12 shift) with ability to stretch as needed by the program [NOTE: Shift may change to 5pm-3am]

Project Analyst Role Engagement & Project Overview :

- The Portfolio, Program and Release Management (PPRM) were formed to drive program and project delivery. PPRM provides and governs the processes, tools and methods by which all major bodies of work are delivered to create a best-in-class organization to successfully deliver the Application Services Group agenda.

- OGS PPRM Offshore Team is an extended arm of PPRM Team responsible for performing end to end Portfolio, Program and Release Management Activities in delivering IT Capital Projects.Planning, Program and Release Management (PPRM) aligns front office, portfolio, release, project and program management across SD&SS. Services include Project, Program and Release Management, Applied Automation & Analytics, Client Engagement & Enablement, Demand Management & Estimating, Methodology Support and Governance, Rapid Response, and Learning & Content Coordination.

- This team also incorporates the functions of Demand Management, PPM Optics and Estimating Analytics.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with Program/Project Managers on WBS Build Out-Project Milestone Tracking and Reporting

- Coordinate and Assist the Program/Project Managers in Project and Resource Management Activities

- Update Portfolio/Project Financial Information-Build and Analyze Cost and Variance Reports-Effective Status Reporting on Project deliverables, to include progress of the project, issue identification, burn rate, trend analysis etc.

- Project Issue, Risk, Assumption, Action and Dependency Tracking and Follow Up -Project Document Updates and Approval Follow Ups-MS Project and Excel Reporting & Analysis

- Adhere to the defined PPRM Process and Compliances-Coordinate with PPRM Stakeholders on collecting and reporting Project Information

- Assertively communicate with multiple stakeholder groups in different US time zones/locations

Qualification/Must Have Skills :

- BE/B Tech or equivalent qualification, MBA is a good value, addition 3+ years of experience in creating reports using Excel macros, create dashboards, data gathering/analysis and documenting processes effectively-Should be familiar with Project life cycle, and PMO processes including resource allocation, scheduling, WBS build-out, maintenance, status reporting

- Experience working with Project Management Systems viz., Planview / MS Project / CA Clarity

- Exception Verbal and Written Communication Skills

- Good Knowledge of Development & Operational Maintenance Environments

- Good Understanding of Project Management Activities

Nice To Have Skill :

- Project Management Certifications viz., CAPM or PSM Health Care Domain Knowledge
