Job Description - Job Requirements :

- Verify and correct intercompany infrastructure deliverables tracked, reported and charged accurately

- Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in infrastructure entries, documents, and reports

- Monitor and resolve open items in account reconciliations

- Perform actuals vs. forecast, period-over-period analysis

- Assist with analysis of charge backs for existing applications / clients

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with focus on accuracy and attention to details

- Ability to manage multiple projects daily

- Escalates issues to leadership with solid judgment and in a timely manner

- Able to manage assignments and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

- Communication Skills

- Fluent in oral and written English

- Strong business communication skills

- Strong ability to summarize for executive communications

- Infrastructure Technology knowledge including many of the following platforms

- Presentation - IIS.Net, Apache, Websphere I.H.S

- Application - .Net, JBOSS, Websphere Application Server

- Database - SQL (including mirroring), Oracle (including RAC), DB2 (including HADR), MySQL

- Operating System/Server- Linux, Windows, virtual/physical

Tool & Software knowledge required :

- Advanced Excel Skills required: Pivot Tables, Filters, Macros, Sorting

- Solid Microsoft SharePoint skills: Collaboration, Document Sharing, Lists

- Solid Microsoft Outlook skills: Send, Receive, Folders

- Solid Microsoft Word skills: Create, Edit, Tables

- Solid Microsoft Internet Explorer skills: Addresses, Favorites, URLs, Search

- Preferred experience using SQL Reports
