Job Description - Work Experience

- Total work experience : Minimum 15 years work experience of which 5+ years of IT Application/System Integration Project/Program Management experience

- Experience on at least one system integration project in leadership role in domestic government market

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Effectively maintain and build relationships across business groups, geographic locations, with demonstrated leadership capabilities and influencing skills across levels

- Create a team oriented work climate that enables professional development and encourages creative solutions and strategies, establishes collaboration and emphasizes quality and cost effectiveness

- Own the overall project schedule and prepare plan for the delivery execution and ensure all contractual milestones and deliverables are met

- Sign off from customer for the deliverables and complete all pre requisites for the same

- Team building, grooming, succession and career development planning

- Budget tracking and improvement plans

- Should be proficient in the usage of Enterprise Project Management tools to manage projects/programs

- Proficiency in the identification and use of Risk Management practices

- Ability to recognize up and downstream impacts, and plan impact mitigations

- Willing to work on different projects in different locations

- Must be a proven task-master, and expert in Stakeholder management; demonstrated experience dealing with bringing together multiple teams across diverse stakeholder groups in IT & Business, and leading them through

Educational background : MBA/B.Tech/M. Tech (Minimum 15 years of regular qualification is must; no correspondence courses can be considered)

Location : Gurgaon (To be relocated to Gujarat for Project implementation duration)
