Job Responsibilities :

- Overall 10-14 years IT experience in BI/DWH/Java/Big Data

- Big Data Architect with strong experience in Architecting Big Data solutions.

- Should have experience in designing and developing industry relevant solutions on Big Data ecosystem

- Strong working knowledge in Big Data architectures and ecosystem components including Hadoop, NoSQL, Hive, Spark

- Good understanding of Hardware configuration for optimal performance (MapReduce)

- Knowledge of any of Big Data tools such as Datameer, Platfora

- Understanding emerging and evolving end user usage models and requirements in Big Data

- Document usage models & business, technical & user requirements and designing solutions architecture to meet those requirements & specifying an implementation HW & SW solution stack.

- Experience with Big Data Tools such as BigInsights, Cloudera, Hortonworks, MapRStrong foundational knowledge and experience with a range of big data components such as HDFS, HBase, Oozie, Pig, Hive, Avro, Zookeeper, Sqoop and Flume

- Experience in Enterprise Integration Architecture patterns and technologies. Databases, distributed computing platforms: Hive, Pig, Sqoop, HBase, MapReduce, YARN.

- Proven ability in evaluating technologies and products, contrasting capabilities and making recommendations, and presenting results to leadership team

- Proven ability to rapidly deliver prototypes and proof-of-concept work to validate a proposed architectural approach

- Should have experience in Data Integration, Data Warehousing and Analytics areas

- Strong communication skills including representing your company in industry standards

- Strong technical team leadership, mentorship and collaboration

Qualification :

Required Skill set :

- B.E. or Masters in Computer Science or related field (such as MS in Analytics etc.)

10+ years of technical solutions experience including 3-5+years of in a combination of relevant Big Data/Analytics areas including :

- Enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Teradata)

- Hadoop and other Industry Big Data Frameworks

- Underlying infrastructure for Big Data Solutions (Clustered/Distributed Computing, Storage, Data Center Networking)

- Deployment of a large distributed Big Data Application (e.g., Call center analytics ).
