Brief Job Description :

- Lead and mentor a team of black belts to drive lean and six sigma projects across F&A and other business or functions

- Be responsible for driving Quality agenda for the line of service/business for the site

- Facilitate & drive Six Sigma quality culture in the organization

- Responsible for developing the skills of BBs to drive projects like Productivity, Standardization, Controllership, Compliance, Leakage Reduction etc.

- Coach/consult executive management in creating proper infrastructure for successful deployment and support

- Guide Champions with project selection and scope, assuring linkage between projects and business and partner priorities

- Mentor and coach Champions, Black Belts and Green Belts in the use of Six Sigma tools and methodology to ensure timely completion of projects with expected results

- Translate broad organization goals at CFO/CPO levels to specific projects for BBs

- Identify opportunities and deliver on initiatives to increase productivity/utilization of resources and drive efficiency and effectiveness gains & Collaborate well with customer quality & operations teams.

Qualification/Skills :

Technical Skills :

- Strong process consulting and operations strategy skills to develop transformation blueprint addressing key business

- Experience in working with CXO level stakeholders drive large transformation programs and re-engineering engagements

- Mastery of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies including DMAIC

- Excellent project management skills in situations that involve cross functional stakeholders and challenges such as scope creep, cultural barriers, tight time lines

- Excellent analytical skills

- Review and provide direction on projects/programs using Lean Six Sigma principles and statistics

- Should be able to guide team in content development for training and other awareness programs

- Relevant experience in effectively leading and mentoring Black Belt Projects, Organization wide BPMS, Lean deployment

- Understanding of Financial metrics, calculations and alignment to organization metrics

- Strong analytical skills and problem solving approach

- Self-motivated. Ability to define, structure and prioritize work for self

- Communication and persuasion skills with the ability to think quickly and package ideas Process

Specific Skills :

- Must have both a strong experience in deploying Lean/Six Sigma in one or more of the following industry areas as well as subject matter expertise in one of the core business processes

- F&A expertise working experience in R2R/P2P/Q2C verticals for either healthcare industry or any other industry is a must

- Must have led projects in F&A space and ability to impact key business metrics at the CXO level.

- Health Care payer or provider experience preferred

- Healthcare claims and provider management process experience preferred.

- Understanding and experience of managing operational risks and controls

- Understanding of and exposure to project management disciplines and techniques

Soft skills :

- Should be able to manage a team of 3-4 consultants

- Demonstrated ability to effectively coach and mentor champions, process owners (client and internal staff)

- Excellent change management skills

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Education Requirements :

- Post Graduate / MBA, ( with analytical background like Engineering preferred)

- Experience ranging from 10-12 years with 5-7 years in a F&A Lean Six Sigma quality role ( with MBA/Engineering) with operations strategy/ line management roles in financial institutions, consulting or technology companies or program / change management roles in other industries.

- Extensive experience of applying lean six sigma methodologies to drive process improvements•- Experience in Healthcare/insurance industry is desirable

- Qualifications like TARN/TAPN/CA/IFRS are desirable.
