Job Description - Profile :

- 8-10 yrs. of experience in Program Management

- Should have experience in responding/solutioning for technology RFX

- Program Management, resource estimation and planning, Risk Management, operating models etc.

- Should have experience in managing Transitions for 3+ yrs

- Should have experience managing and being responsible for multiple portfolio

- Should have experience in converting multiple demand items to actual transitions

- Should have people management experience - Good collaboration and influencing skills

- Exposure to Agile methodology

- Ability to work and execute in ambiguous/start from scratch environments

- Experience to solution for large IT deals for Indian market/ Government Sector is a plus

Qualification - JD :

- Provide strategic direction to the team on all aspects of the business

- Ability to drive and program manage- Internal Readiness across functions for setting up of new projects

- Lead segment executive leadership visits for transition

- Be responsible for Transitions for the line of service/business for the site

- Handle escalations for external and internal stakeholders

- Be responsible for training of team members

- Demonstrate strong leadership and judgment

- Own few strategic enterprise level initiatives

- Negotiate key process change in introduce innovations for cost effective transitions

- Responsible solutioning for technology RFP’s, Contracts etc.

- Knowledge of project financials /CBA is a plus.

Qualifications :

- BSc/ MSc/ BE/ B Tech/ MCA/BCA/BCOMIndustry Certification

Good to have :

- PMP/ PgMP

- MBA
