Facilitator :
- United Manager Program, Learning for Everyone and Learning for Leaders courses (75%)
- Learning for Teams (25%)
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate enterprise instructor-led development programs - classroom and webcast, e.g. IVBL Situational Leadership & Coaching & various Learning for Leaders
- Responsible for facilitating & delivering, New Employee Orientation along with delivery of US Health Care.
- Create and deliver customized learning solutions for business teams that support business goals and are measurable
- Evaluate facilitated training programs and their business impact
- Learning curriculum development - Participate in review process and recommend updates to general programs
- Project and or program owner based on business needs and individual strengths
- Develop tools & job aids for specific audiences as appropriate
- Conduct train the trainer hand-offs as needed
- Team member for developing new programs and processes
- Stays current with learning trends and innovation, conducts research & analysis, applies design thinking, tactics, strategies to ensure learning application
- Builds and sustains relationships with both internal and external business partners to effectively administer programs, resolve issues, and support ongoing program improvements
- Improves relevancy of programs by staying current with trends, concepts, leadership strategies and key stakeholders
- Ensures the sharing of information and best practices across the organization

Qualification :
- 9 + years of soft-skills facilitation, and training and Team Management experience
- US Health Care Exposure & preferred experience
- Bachelor's degree required. MA degree preferred
- Proven web based facilitation experience
- Leadership development experience
- Strong history of quickly building relationships, gaining credibility and partnering with business leaders and human capital staff
- Excellent consultative, interpersonal, written, communication and presentation skills
- Experience leading teams or groups and can effectively work in ambiguous atmosphere
- Experience fostering team work and collaboration can promote team work within and across groups
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and leadership practices
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Proven ability to effectively interact with confidence with senior leaders across the organization
- Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail
- Proven ability to multitask, has strong organization skills, can sort through complexities and synthesize information rapidly
- Certified instructor in at least 2 programs such as emotional intelligence, OZ Principle, Grove Strategic Visioning, etc.
