Job Description :

- Leading and/or contributing to the definition of an overarching approach to advanced analytics strategy via predictive modeling and segmentation

- Working with cross-functional teams to discover and develop- high-impact models to drive business decision

- Well versed with modeling concepts and generic steps to be followed

- Well versed with advanced modeling/classification techniques - Regression (Linear & Logistic), Clustering, Survival, Multivariate Analysis of Variance

- Should have sound knowledge of 'Machine Learning' concepts such as decision tree, neural network, regression tree, random forest and able to implement the same.

- Able to perform model documentation and present findings and recommendations to internal & external audiences

- Should be able to build model independently

Other Responsibilities :

- Executing and administrating analytical / modelling tools and techniques and drawing insights through statistical techniques and predictive modelling

- Demonstrate excellence in engagement delivery, insightful thought leadership, strategic problem solving, high impact team management and strong client relations at senior executive levels

- Being a Business Consultant/Subject Matter Expert to a delivery project

- Manage a team and being responsible for people management which includes coaching, mentoring & measure performance

- Setting direction and inspiring team members, encouraging them to value clients and deliver high quality service

- Project Management : Leading and managing multiple projects & Effectively planning, scheduling and monitoring the assigned projects.

- People Management : Being involved in people management activities including leading a medium to large sized team subject to business requirements, supporting & implementing processes like appraisals, mentoring, coaching, training, capability development etc.

Qualification - Required Skillset :

- Educational Qualification- Postgraduates from Premiere Institutes in Economics, Statistics or other Quantitative disciplines/MBA .

- Experience Range 7 to 9 years in Analytics

- Technical Skill

- Tool

- SAS, R Studio, exposure to big data platform, Text analytics

- Statistics/Modeling

- Logistics, Time Series/Forecasting, New Age Analytics platform such as SAS,R-Studio, Text/Voice analytics etc.
