Job Responsibilities :
Sales Process Management :
- Identifying improvement areas in the sales process, identifying solutions and implementing the same through process/ technology enhancements/ infusion
- Change management to ensure adoption of new processes and technology by the salesforce
- Owning the CRM tool configuration, adoption and evolution
- Working with the sales teams to ensure constant updates and maintain the sanctity of pipeline data in the CRM
Reporting and Analytics :
- Responsible for periodic reporting of the pipeline to the senior management
- Conducting analysis of the pipeline and past wins and losses to identify meaningful trends and patterns and reporting the same to relevant teams and senior management
- Perform win/loss analysis of key deals to isolate improvement/ corrective actions
- Provide specific insights into the pipeline to the senior management/ global teams as and when require
- Financial Management- Liaison with business and finance in preparation of quarterly/ annual budgets for market facing teams
- Regular tracking of actual expenses vs budgets and proactive communication to the relevant teams to avoid overspending.
- Driving cost control initiatives across various geographies and teams
- Market Intelligence- Creation and execution of intelligence gathering and dissemination plan covering relevant industry segments, competition and key accounts
- Assist business and sales leadership in formulation of market entry/ penetration strategies

Qualification - Desired Profile :
- MBA from premier institute with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience
- Exposure to end-to-end sales cycle in a B2B environment with experience in front end sales/ sales operations/ sales support/ sales effectiveness/ sales planning
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to work seamlessly with multiple teams and individuals. Self-starter with ability to identify and execute impactful projects with minimal supervision
- A penchant for on-time, excellent quality execution while handling multiple different projects at the same time
- Strong organizational and communication skills and excellent attention to detail
