Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Employees are needed at manager level for Robotics discovery and project management. A prior experience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Discovery and Project Management is a must.

- Candidates need to have experience in handling multiple projects at one time, good communication skills, vendor management skills, troubleshooting and process re-engineering skills along with strong hold on robotics principles.

- Identify robotics opportunities in various claims, voice and shared service business area

- Lead a project successfully and in a timely manner from inceptions to deployment and control

- Execute a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing and reporting data

- Work closely with stake holders to identify issues with their processes and come up with innovative solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy in the process

- Enable stable operations by defining appropriate metrics to gauge processes performance and by deriving actionable insights.

- Drive Lean Six Sigma quality culture in the organization through various lean six sigma trainings.

- Presenting project analysis and findings to senior leadership to obtain the approval, funding and other requirements to resolve the issue, Collaborate well with US quality & operations teams

Skills Required :

- A prior experience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Discovery and Project Management is a must.

- Work experience in driving process improvements in IT services and IT product development organization

- Candidates need to have experience in handling multiple projects at one time, vendor management skills, troubleshooting and process re-engineering skills along with strong hold on robotics principles

- Strong analytical skills and process focus, Results based focused skill set with strong impact and influencing skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively to direct and motivate team and others.

- Progressive, flexible and team oriented person required, Excellent training and presentation skills

Qualifications : Graduate in any stream

- PMP / MBA preferable, Candidates must have Engineering background (IT/ITes background is preferred)

- Overall experience should be between 4 years to 5 Years with at least 1 year of experience in Robotics implementation
