Job Description - Job Requirement includes :
- Handling the Technical Trainings, managing the content, defining Process SOPs, creating and updating training manuals, facilitation and tracking the feedback. The person would help ensure providing a proficient learning environment to the new joinees.
- Establish and maintain training framework for the claims processes and setting up training governance for training process and maintain rigor on this.
- Establish and maintain goal setting, coaching and feedback process and performance appraisal process.
- Upskill SMEs/Trainers for claims processes and lead them for ongoing success.
- Relationship Management with Operations Manager’s and Team Leaders.
- Handle a team of Trainers
- Responsible for measuring and tracking pre and post training performance
- Ability to facilitate diverse groups of people
- Provide feedback
- Schedule and coordinate new hire and incumbent training
- Training Development
- Administer training batches - new hire and incumbent training
- Administer allocations of training rooms to the business
- Quality Focus
- Act as a consultant to the business on need based training's
- Onshore stakeholder management and working closely with them to deploy
Required Skillset :
- Total work experience of 6 & 7 Years
- Six Sigma project experience in training / operations
- Graduation Degree in any discipline
- People Management Experience
Desired Skillset :
- Exposure to Training function
- Ability to Scorecards, MIS and Dashboards

Qualification : Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Training fraternity
- Shift timings 02:30 pm to 12:00 pm
- Should be flexible to work in the 05:45p shift as well depending on the business need
