Job Description :

- This role will support the measurement model activities for Optum360 end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management clients.

- The individual will be involved in complex financial modeling, forecasting, data analytics and interaction with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include :

- Create and maintain complex financial modeling and analysis using Access and Excel.

- Work with internal customers to obtain and validate data and information.

- Support processes development for the measurement model and related reporting and forecasting.

- Obtain an understanding of Revenue Cycle Management initiatives and other business drivers to assist with forecast and budget creation.

- Analyze and report on forecast variances as they arise.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand and explain complex concepts in ways that lead to understanding by a variety of audiences.

Qualification :

Overall experience : 5- 7 yrs. into Financial Reporting Domain with min of 2+ years of financial Analysis.

- Candidate should have experience into Financial Domain from Analytics and Reporting aspects.

- Person would be doing Trend Analysis, Historical Analysis, and Data Reporting sort of work.

- Advanced Excel expertise, with Access or SQL experience (Expertise in creating Macros, VB).

- Proficiency using PowerPoint to concisely communicate ideas.

- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic working environment.

- Strong ability to work collaboratively and influence across a matrix environment to drive revenue enhancement and expense management initiatives.

- Exceptional financial acumen and P&L management skills.

- Proven experience driving business performance in a high growth environment.

- Prior work experience anticipating accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and operational issues, assessing their implications, and developing and implementing an appropriate action plan.

- Revenue Cycle Management and healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.

Shift timing : 2:30 pm & 12 PM (Flexible to work in evening hours, as per Business need).
