Job Title : Manager Business Continuity Functional Description :

- BCM is responsible to build BCP Resiliency of the organization by implementing BCM life cycle and strengthening Crisis management.

- Team is responsible to manage BCP at all service delivery centers of OGS across India, Philippines, Ireland, Brazil and any new locations that comes up in future.

- This is a global role, will be based out of Hyderabad and have a direct report to the BCM Director in Gurgaon. Travel will be less than 10% .

Primary Responsibilities :

- Develop cost effective BC strategies/solutions at Site, Client and Functional levels as per evolving business needs

- Ensure OGS BCM program is integrated with UHG Enterprise BCM program, emergency management and disaster recovery

- Create and Refresh BCPs at defined frequency

- Manage crisis management framework, trainings and awareness of crisis response teams

- Conducting diverse Risk assessments (RA) and BIA exercises across organization

- Conduct business continuity and crisis management exercises/tests /simulations

- Conducting periodic BC awareness and training programs for Senior management

- Central coordinator/incident manager for actual/potentially disruptive incidents

- Reviewing robustness of Business Continuity framework with the senior management

- Supporting BCM Audits -external, internal and clients

Qualification :

Skills and Qualifications :

- 5-7 years of BCP experience

- Holding a BCP certification (CBCP, AMBCI, MBCI etc.) is good to have

- Should be good in Excel and PPTs

- Good communications skills to interact with leaders

- Open for flexible shifts and ready to stretch in office during incidents

- Person should have good knowledge of BCP tools
