Position Overview :

- We are looking for Sr. Tableau Consultant who will be a part of the design, development and maintenance of various BI and Analytics programs in Healthcare.

- He/she will be associated throughout the entire lifecycle right from concept stage until delivery of various programs.

- 6+ years of Total Experience

- 4+ years of experience with the Tableau or related Data Visualization tools

- Experience in development of Reports and Dashboard in Tableau

- Extensive knowledge in various reporting objects like Sets, Groups, Bins, Filters, Parameters, Pages, Reference & Trend Lines, Band, Distribution, Forecasting in Tableau

- Ability to understand requirement and suggest best representation of data through use of existing charts

- Ability to quickly respond to client on limitations/data transformation required for each chart option

- Excellent analytical, problem solving and Tableau and SQL debugging skills.

- Experience in Tableau report developing, testing and deploying reporting solutions using Tableau Server

- Good Knowledge in SQL

- Good Analysis skills

- Good Visualization skills

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to clearly articulate solution alternatives

- Great attention to detail and design

- Strong work prioritization, planning, and organizational skills

- Passionate advocate for agile software development methodologies

- Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills

- Ability to work independently, as well as on teams, in an agile, global environment

- Candidate should possess leadership qualities including being proactive, thoughtful, thorough, decisive, and flexible, conducting themselves professionally and with integrity at all times

Minimum Requirements :

- B.E. or Masters in Computer Science or related field (such as MS in Analytics etc.)

- Worked on large BI/DWH projects

- Experience in Health care domain Preferable
