Job Description - Position Overview
To develop, maintain and promote service readiness principles and processes for all current Projects across the different infrastructure technology and application stacks, ensuring all operational departments are engaged and receive the knowledge and training required to ensure the smooth transition of new or changed services from the development to the live environment.
To develop approaches to evaluate service capability/readiness and assess any risks to the live environment before the new or changed service is released or deployed. To work with all stakeholders to get buy in for any new processes, and to develop strategies for the implementation of new processes or associated ways of working across BI.
Job Responsibilities
- Regular interaction with the client on the business process and translating the requirements into technical specifications.
- Understanding Current Report and Reporting Structure and existing process
- Review, clarify, and develop the overall Reporting Requirement
- Involve the congregation in the tasks of claiming identity and mission
- Report Development and Quality Check

Required skills:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as Transition Analyst [Reporting]
- Process Understanding and Plan Development
- Minimum 2+ years of Reporting Experience in SSRS, Tableau, Oracle Reporting etc.
- MS Tools like Excel, powerpoint, project etc.
- Knowledge of VBA, SSRS, SAS BI, Tableau, etc. is preferred
- Domain knowledge / expertise (Healthcare) is preferred.
- Experience to Business Intelligence or data analysis reporting
