Job Responsibilities :

- Demonstrate and apply understanding of health care industry trends and their drivers

- Demonstrate understanding of the difference between business requirement and technical solutions

- Coordinate with the Onsite partners and Manager regarding the different report requirements of clients.

- Perform complex conceptual analysis

- Experience on handling BIG Data Structure for Ad-Hoc Analysis in Hadoop, R Data etc.

- In-depth knowledge of MS Excel is a must. Must know how to execute Pivot table, Conditional formatting, Statistical and Logical functions in Excel, Dynamic linking of sheets etc.

- Must have exposure to either Office 2007 or Office 2010 in Windows 7 environment

- Very good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

- Assist leadership team in establishing project strategies, developing project plans, and cost/benefit analysis to ensuring project success.

- Drive Six Sigma quality culture in the organization.

- Identify issues and challenges, lead/facilitate improvement projects, measure and validate project results, and facilitate successful implementation of all facets of process improvements or changes identified

- Execute a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing and reporting data

- Analytical mindset and thrives on the challenges inherent in dissecting complex business problems.

- Communicate key insights and findings to product team.

- Employ analytical tools to mine data sources and look for trends. Study data trends and recommend solutions for creating more revenue and reducing loss.

- Be data driven, a creative thinker and enjoys problem-solving.

- Analytical dexterity, excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure/tight timelines.

- Build cross functional relationships to drive strategic discussions and continuous improvement.

Qualification : Desired Skills :

Educational Qualifications : B. Tech /BCA/BE/MCA / Graduation

- 2 - 4 Years of experience Big Data Analysis like Hadoop, R Data etc.

- Strong Working knowledge in Excel and MS Office. Preferably, should be able to create/ record macros in MS Excel.

- Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational and analytical skills.

- Review data, identify and resolve problems and should be highly organized, scrupulous, and creative in approach.

- Good understanding of Six Sigma and Lean concepts, certification added advantage.

- Exposure on the Healthcare Domain is desired.

- Adaptable to work in different shifts/weekends etc.

- Understand data visualization and best practices.

- Knowledge and experience in Forecasting preferred.

- Should have 3+ year experience in a hands on analytical role, with focus on Root Cause Analysis, analyzing business problems and making business/operational recommendations.

- Experience working on Relational database preferred.
