Job Responsibilities- :
- Work to gather, examine, and analyze data; write technical specifications for manipulating data to look for Fraud, abuse and waste patterns
- Independent project handling, client communication and project documentation
- Produce timely and error-free deliverables in an efficient manner, managing multiple tasks and varying project scopes.
- Communicating key analytic findings to client, and responsible for addressing client's analytic concerns
- Communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing; conduct meetings and make professional presentations;
- Organize and manage time and resources; establish priorities and coordinate work on many projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of project scope, data extraction methodology, design of dependent and profile variables, logic and design of data cleaning, exploratory data analysis and statistical methods.
- Maintains quality control and ensures the maintenance of proper project/report documentation.

Qualification:
Required skillset :
Qualification : Medical degree - MBBS / MD
- Good Understanding of US Healthcare domain, Fraud waste and abuse (FWA) and payment integrity
- Experience in US healthcare domain
- Basic- Knowledge of basic SQL
- Basic Knowledge of SAS/SAS EG
- Basic in tools such as Microsoft Office Excel/Access/PowerPoint
- 7 - 8 years of experience in data analytics and payment integrity
- Healthcare coding- shall be desirable.
- Knowledge and/or experience of Indian healthcare system.
- Knowledge of US Healthcare, Fraud waste and abuse and coding desirable
- Attention to detail & Quality focused.
- Minimum 5 year of experience in analytics, Clinical Investigation Process and FWAE
- Good Analytical & comprehension skills
