Job Description/Purpose of Job :

- This position is responsible for campaign list extraction and response analytics as well as providing data related insights supporting the various product suites within OptumHealth.

Job Components :

Major Responsibilities :

- Create and execute campaign list pulls for major direct marketing efforts (direct mail, email & telemarketing) as well as smaller, trigger-based programs within the framework of the overall contact strategy.

- Must have hands on Unica Campaign or Unica Interact Module.

- This individual will use their knowledge of the customer and data to assist in providing direction and campaign executions designed to drive up engagement and enrollment into our products

- Assess and interpret needs and requirements of our partners

- Extract and manipulate data by performing database queries that support marketing efforts

- Provide actionable insight by giving explanation and interpretation of data to support dept and business unit needs

- Maintain a strategic relationship with business partners to develop deeper understanding of their business and goals, suggest new strategies

Qualification :

- A Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent work experience

- At least 3 years experience using campaign management tool i.e. IBM Unica

- Strong working knowledge of using SQL & SAS language to query data in relational databases

- Advanced level of Access and Excel required

- 2 years experience identifying solutions and interpret data into actionable information

- Marketing analysis background with solid business foundation, especially in campaign generation

- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

- A background in the healthcare industry is preferred

- Experience in Exact target/Salesforce is preferred
