The candidate will work with customers, developers, clinical informatics specialists and DBAs to build databases from a number of different source systems.Primary job responsibilities include :

- Must have a strong understanding of IT processes, SDLC, planning, and utilization and must be able to operate in a high-paced environment, influence and drive change and advocate for both customer and IT interests.

- Must be self-directed and creative when dealing with complex issues.

- Includes influencing multiple internal operations to define cohesive requirements and implement process standardization where appropriate to reduce technology development needs.

- Project management of peers, internal customers, virtual teams, and technical partners to implement solutions.

- Communication of project status and risk escalation.

- Proven systems analyst or developer experience with relational databases, reporting platforms, and desktop/web applications.

- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to convey complex thoughts clearly and concisely through written and verbal communication.

- Ability to translate customer needs into clearly defined requirements (business/technical).

- Demonstrated leadership of process and technical implementations that consistently meet targets.

- Capable of leading multiple deliverables and prioritizes work accordingly, tolerance for rapid change-Analyze and visualize data on a project basis to enhance operational efficiency for a global healthcare company. The Data Analyst will lead and perform complex analysis in an evolving data environment.
