Primary Responsibilities :

- Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data

- Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning

- Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysis

- Develop recommended business solutions through research and analysis of data and business process and implement when appropriate

- Good working knowledge of the product and software development life-cycle

- Good working knowledge of the US Healthcare system either on the Provider or Payer side

- Participate in requirements gathering, service-oriented modeling, analysis and design activities

- Work in the analysis phase of the system development cycle and consult with users to evaluate business requirements, identify operating procedures, evaluate existing or proposed systems, and prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written.

- Develop detailed design specifications, data mapping and data transformation rules.

- Communicate with internal and external business partners.

- Should be able to work in a global model with stakeholders in the US

- Act as the liaison between business, developers and project management groups

- Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution. Present design solutions to the business

- Serve as business lead and participate in various projects to enhance products and business processes around US Healthcare reforms.

- Implement effective/strategic business solutions while balancing client needs and providing excellent customer service.

- Work in a self-directed manner

- Work with less structure, more complex issues as needed.

- Able to adjust activities or goals to accommodate for change and still meet timelines.

- Able to identify risk and inform teams accordingly in order to develop contingency plans.

- Exercise decision making capabilities and serve as a resource to others.

- Travel as needed,Develops pioneering approaches to emerging industry trends.

- Ensuring timely deliveries for all assigned tasks as per SLA.

- Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for Go/No Go decision

- Provide functional leadership to the team. Motivate, mentor and guide them whenever required.

- Build, maintain and strengthen relationship with stakeholders

Job Requirements :

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field.

- 4+ year of experience in business/finance analysis.

- Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

- Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, bench-marking and/or evaluation of business is required.

- Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required.

- Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration,related field or equivalent work experience

- 3+ year of experience in business/finance analysis

- Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

- Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
