- Will help define new standards and strategies to promote learning using current technologies to increase a self-paced environment.
- Will consult with training and business partners on the design, development, execution and measurement of learning programs to support our internal operations business partners.
- Responsible for designing interactive instructor-led and online learning programs while ensuring high-quality, innovative and effective learning programs.
- Needs to keep abreast of various design strategies, with emphasis in Online Learning, both synchronous and asynchronous.
Responsibilities :
- Applies a systems approach to curriculum design, re-design and development.
- Participates in the planning, development, and evaluation of learning programs from new hire training materials supporting ongoing learning and professional development of our operations learner audiences.
- Defines learning objectives.
- Leads and develops high quality programs.
- Promotes engagement across teams and for individuals.
- Leads the creation or conversion of existing curriculum into an online learning format.
- Builds collaborative partnerships with peers, others in Learning Solutions and with business partners.
- Builds strategic roadmap for larger scale projects and forecasting on design capabilities.
- Responsible for design intake and demand prioritization (estimating and scheduling of project management and design resource pool).
- Reviews design outlines, storyboards, courses, and SOPs to ensure they meet the quality standards.
- Identifies, analyzes, and fixes language and design related defects.
- Manages inventory and ensures equal distribution of work.
- Attends quality review and proficiency meetings.
- Understands writing standards and coaches the team to implement the standards.
- Manages large projects and ensures all the client requirements are met.
- Creates primary and contingency plans, which ensures deadlines are met.

Qualification :
- Eligibility Criteria- Bachelor's degree or higher in applicable field of instructional design and technology preferred.
- Equivalent bachelor degree combined with work experience will be considered.
- Proven experience with designing and developing online learning solutions, both synchronous and asynchronous.
- 4-5 or more years designing and developing learning programs.
- Knowledge of current trends and technology to support online learning including tools such as Captivate, Articulate, Storyline and others.
- Prefer experience with incorporating multiple media elements in to learning programs including audio, video, animation, simulation, and self-developed graphics.

- Proficient computer skills including MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate skills with MS Excel and Visio.- Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.

- Familiarity with health care or operations, specifically in call center and processing.
