Responsibilities :
- Build and/or maintain processes to automate the integration of data from disparate data sources for the purpose of aiding accurate financial reporting within all downstream financial systems.
- Perform financial control validations for multiple claim sources.Perform control validations for internal processing and downstream feeds.Provide support in identifying and resolving processing issues.Participate in projects that involve integrating new business into the general ledger.
- Perform account reconciliation and support the audit process. Reconcile, analyze and review general ledger accounts in preparation for month end close.Generate both ad hoc and routine financial reports to fulfill requests from external stakeholders (External Auditors/State/Providers) and internal stakeholders (Accounting, Actuaries, CFOs, Regulatory team, etc.)
- Assist in reviewing processes, develop and implement recommendations for creating efficiencies and enhancing reporting results. Assist in the analysis and preparation of financial schedules.Assure all reports / information requests are responded to within the goals / time frames established.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6-8 years of data analysis and/or reporting experience
Direct experience building processes to import, maintain, and report on large data set.
- Strong computer skills (e.g. MS Access, Excel Pivot tables, and experience with querying data warehouses- SAS preferred) Experience with General Ledger software preferred Programming experience with Visual Basic for applications preferred Ability to identify and understand the data needs of a growing organization
- Structure and prepare analysis to support and lead decision making.Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively interact with multiple departments and management
- Ability to prioritize time and work on multiple tasks with ongoing deadlines.

Qualification :
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent-2+ year of accounting experience - Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and financial statements
