Job Description :

Primary responsibilities :

- Work with EIS team in defining application architectures and implementation to ensure adherence to business requirements, technology standards, best practices, business strategies, and trends

- Define architecture and application development principles, standards, and processes.

- Participate in the evaluation and selection of standard technologies and/or products

- Provide hands-on technical leadership and expertise on business systems architecture, application integration and development initiatives, transforming business requirements into actionable technical specification and crafting appropriate, cost-effective, and logical solutions

- Work closely with business and IT Leadership to understand technology and business strategy and implement tactical plans supporting those strategies at the project level

- Responsible for solution scoping, estimation, planning, and oversight of development, integration and implementation of projects including evaluation of external products and services as part of architecture and product selection lifecycle

Educational Qualifications : B.Tech / MCA / Graduation (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).

- Total IT Experience should be 10+ Years.

- Healthcare industry experience (preferred)

- Experience in serving as a principal architect role

- Firm understanding of the different integration patterns required for migration of platforms/- or legacy modernization

- Experience creating multi-tier designs as well as system interface implementation designs; experience with various middleware technologies required

- Must have experience in managing complex projects which involve interaction with multiple systems or platforms, including proven experience developing detailed design and architecture documentation etc.

- Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (waterfall, Agile) with a deep technical understanding of software development in the areas of legacy, web, data, infrastructure

- Experience on application/platform migration programs

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Flexible for shift timings to provide coverage during Onshore hours-
