Job Description :

- An Engineering manager in ODM organization is expected to be proficient in designing, development and maintenance of Data Warehouses, Data Marts, BI and analytical solutions.

- Engineering manager would constantly evaluate new ETL, BI and Analytics tools/methodologies for possible adoption. Has thorough understanding of the data mining and analytics processes that could be leveraged while building Data Warehouses and marts.

- Expert knowledge in data management and ETL concepts, IBM Infosphere will be preferred

- Knowledge of RDBMS like Teradata and Netezza including load and unload utilities

- Deep understanding of UNIX environment and how to integrate various ETLs and DBMS components using unix shell scripts

Qualification/Job requirements :

- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (full time education) with 10 - 13 years of relevant experience

- Deep understanding of SAS architecture.

- Good understanding on SAS grid architecture.

- Unix commands and shell script.

- SAS modelling

- Good Understanding on BigData

- Deep knowledge on ETL concepts and datastage

- DWH Design and architecture- DBMS architecture and load and unload utilities

- Data Analysis using SQL and ability to identify patterns through data

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Good problem solving skills- Working with partners to execute tactical and strategic goals for the pillar and larger organization
