- As part of our development team, you will predominantly be involved in building business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications.

- You'll stretch your skills and grow your careers as a primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with the established specifications and business requirements in order to deliver business value.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them

- Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business

- Participate in the development of business strategy

- Develop and manage business plans to achieve objectives

- Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives

- Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be- understood by a variety of audiences

- Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches

- Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams

- Deploy and maintain Applications/Systems

- Should have around 11+ years of overall experience and around minimum 5 years in project management. Candidate should have handled projects with end to end responsibility from requirements management, planning, development, delivery and moving to production.

- Should be well versed with agile scrum process and should have done at least 2 projects in agile scrum model.

- Experience of working in large programs in agile scrum model and program management experience will be considered as a plus point.

- Should be very strong in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate and Oracle database technologies.

- Should be able to design and architect new solutions and ability to solve technical challenges as and when needed.

- Should have PMP or Scrum Master certification.

- Ability to set and manage stakeholder expectations.

- Should be able to identify gaps in requirements and work with product management team to address these.

- Should have excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Candidates with product development experience will have added advantage.

- Candidates with innovative bent of mind and out of the box thinking are preferred.-
