Total Experience : 10 years

Relevant Experience : 5 Years

- Health Care Domain consultation Provide Health Care Functional expertise while Telemedicine solution / HMIS implementation

- Should have experience on implementation of at least one HMIS/Telemedicine solution as a domain consultant/lead

Key Skills :

- Good understanding on Hospital Information System or Telemedicine system

- Proficient in managing Change management

- Fair understanding of System Integration

- Strong communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Requirement Management Manage new requirement received from various stack holders

- Customer interaction during implementation and go live activity

- User support - support to application users while implementation and go live

- System Integration Provide functional expertise to define the integration touch points of various Telemedicine modules

- Change management Define and lead change management process including training, awareness and usability of new system to the users

- Verification and Validation Verification and validation of Telemedicine application deployed at various clients locations.

- Telemedicine applications walk through/Demos Provide demos and application walk through to Clinical, non-clinical user and stockholders

- Product Management Manage Telemedicine application/module during go live

- Willing to work on different projects in different locations

Educational background : MBBA/MHA (Master in Hospital Administration)

Location : Gurgaon- (To be relocated to Gujarat for Project implementation duration)
