Job Description/Role :
As a Director of Consumer Analytics, candidate will be responsible for :
- Managing consumer analytics and digital analytics teams for US and global geographies
- Build thought leadership consumer analytics domains like real time marketing, digital marketing etc
- Lead development of new solutions for global markets
- Lead and develop solutions based on big data and machine learning in consumer analytics domain
- Manage large team of 50-100 analyst driving consumer analytics solutions
- Work with stakeholders across the globe in developing consumer analytics strategy
- Lead P&L for consumer analytics solution and delivery group
- Manage multi-skills teams to drive end to end consumer analytics solution
Job Responsibilities :
- Devise analytical strategies for payer analytics specially consumer analytics, digital analytics and marketing
- Understand US healthcare market stakeholders and create analytics offerings are the crossover of different stakeholders
- Exhibit a high level of expertise in driving the data strategy for multiple system data like claims, provider, EHR, pharmacy, and labs and externally acquired data
- Build holistic dashboards by pulling data from different data sources and websites for presentations to senior management team
- Managing client stakeholders and project status reporting
- Build project methodology and overall approach. Specify statistical analysis approach to be used and guide team for the same
- Build and train a team based on the identified opportunity. Manage talent to deliver best results for business
- Understand new strategies in consumer analytics and drive innovation through proof of concepts

Qualification/Desired Profile :
- Advanced degree (MS or B.Tech) in a quantitative field (i.e. Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics etc.) from Top-tier institute
- 15+ years of experience in executing advanced analytical projects as a team manager in Marketing
- Ability to handle sizeable and diverse analytical teams (providing direction, client consultations, strategic support)
- Should have 5+ years of hands on healthcare analytics experience across consumer analytics domain
- Should understand new trends in healthcare analytics
- Strong understanding of core analytical techniques like Cluster & Factor Analysis, Regression, Logistics Regression, survival modeling etc.
- Strong understanding of bug data and machine learning usage in FWA and PI domain
- Strong exposure to MS Xcel, MS PowerPoint & an analytical bent to slice-dice business data
- Strong experience in Big data analytics
- Good communication skills (both oral & written) in order to participate in project discussions internally within the team & with end customers
