Primary Responsibilities :

- Develop, perform, and manage the analyses of business and financial metrics as well as performance measures-Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan,forecast and budget

- Understand and incorporate industry specific metrics into reports to highlight relevant trends and support fact-based business decisions-Develop, perform and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting

- Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies

- Produce clear, well-formatted reports that communicate a clear, compelling message for their stakeholders Responsibilities

- This position within the UHC Capital Investment Group is primarily responsible for administering a suite of technology solutions that support the daily operations of UHC Capital.

- The suite currently consists of a Hyperion Essbase financial database, a set of Microsoft Access/SQL databases, a collection of Share point sites and a number of advanced Microsoft Excel workbooks that are either inputs or outputs to/from these solutions. The Business Analyst will be the lead for these solutions as well as be the owner for any related process, including (but not limited to):Production Support including managing customer communication and training Maintenance Auditing Data manipulation (seeding, ETL, issue resolution)Security Disaster recovery

Qualifications :

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance with experience supporting Business Intelligence products

- 3+ years of relevant professional experience

- 2+ years of Hyperion Essbase development experience and production support

- 2+ years of business analyst or database administration experience

- Demonstrated experience developing Microsoft Sharepoint sites strongly desired but not required Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (ability to read/write VBA strongly desired) and Access Previous financial planning/forecasting & analysis experience is preferred

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent work experience, 4+ years of financial and/or accounting experience, Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office products
