- You'll find that this is place where you can do your life's best work.(SM)Primary Responsibilities:-Develop, perform, and manage the analyses of business and financial metrics as well as performance measures

- Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, foretasted performance, and variances to plan,forecast and budget

- Understand and incorporate industry specific metrics into reports to highlight relevant trends and support fact-based business decisions

- Develop, perform and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting-Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies

- Produce clear, well-formatted reports that communicate a clear, compelling message for their stakeholders Position Description:Positions in this function is maintain general ledger accounts and related activities for the production of financial statements and reports, prepare journal entries and review accounting classifications, in accordance with generally-accepted accounting principles and preparation of documentation in support of external and internal audits.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Perform P&L analysis of Monthly Capitation to Providers. Conducting research on expenses, receivables and payables related to medical services Booking of close related journal entries based on monthly Capitation activity, provider incentive programs and claims pools

- Completing financial reporting, general ledgers and journal entries (mostly re-class JEs) Analyzing medical costs, balance sheet account and memberships trends Working with month-end close activities. Account reconciliation and flux analysis Preparation of internal and external audit support documentation Engaging in various system projects

Qualification Requirements : Bachelor or Masters in Accounting or equivalent courses 7-9 years of General Accounting & Analysis experience

Skills required :

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word Effective communication skills

- Eye for detail & quick learning abilities

- Collaborates with peers to complete projects End user experience in Access database Good to have skills:Chartered Accountant with an ability to perform General Ledger work and Audit support Exposure to People Soft, Oracle, Black line Month end close knowledge

Qualification : Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent work experience 4+ years of financial and/or accounting experience Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office products
