Job Description :
- Drives the culture of Performance in the span and focusses on meeting and exceeding the customer expectations
- Builds strong relationship with the onshore leadership and support functions and utilizes the relationship to maximize the results
- Driving Cost Reduction Agenda in the Processes with Automation Opportunities, Productivity Enhancement and cross skilling opportunities
- Develops and mentors new MT's and AM's to build the future leadership pipeline
- Worked on Lean, Six Sigma Projects using Six Sigma Principles
- Manage team and ensure quality and productivity targets are met
- Work closely with the Operations Supervisor and formulate steps for Process Improvement
- Engages and motivates the team to get effective Delivery while meeting the Retention goals
- Periodically monitors the Performance Trend and Builds Performance Management Culture while formulating action plans to improve performance where SLA's are not being met
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance and focus on their career development and advancement within the organization
- Build systems to ensure no escalations and is prompt in responding to escalations Provide inputs on process and system to the team members
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards
- Provide inputs to Leadership on process and Segment gaps that exist
- Drives broader Segment level initiatives with rigor and works with leaders across the segment for implementation of ad-hoc projects
- Builds Domain Knowledge of the processes under immediate supervision and possesses excellent knowledge of the Healthcare reforms
- Manages day to day operations independently with minimal direction and is very high on execution and adherence to timelines
- Be sensitive and aware of the Organizational priorities towards Change & Innovation and Cost Optimization
- Is flexible in working different shift and willing to take on more responsibilities from the manager

Qualification : Eligibility Criteria : Min work Experience 8 years
- Should have Relevant Experience of people management of minimum 4 Years
- Should be managing a minimum span of 60 employees
- Should have TLs reporting to him
- Should be comfortable working in US Shifts
