Job Description :
- Collaborate with SEPG and SQA teams to drive CMMi high maturity process areas
- Metrics bench-marking and process performance base-lining at periodic intervals
- Implement BPMS and GQM at organization level
Preferred :
- Identify issues and challenges, lead/facilitate improvement projects, measure and validate project results, and facilitate successful implementation of all facets of process improvements or changes identified
- Execute a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing and reporting data
- Define appropriate metrics to gage processes performance through structured reporting governance model
- Presenting project analysis and findings to senior leadership to obtain the approval, funding and other requirements to resolve the issue.
- Responsible for process trainings deployment which includes training need identification, preparation of training decks and training delivery.
- Responsible for the Quarterly QMS release, release communication and conducting the refresher session if required
- Provide feedback for continuous improvement of QMS Identified and driven optimization and improvement projects,aligned to High Maturity and Six Sigma
Skills Required :
- Experience of CMMI High maturity process areas definition and implementation (ATM experience desirable)
- Experience in Qualitative Management/ Statistical Techniques (SPC, Prediction models, etc.)
- Metrics bench-marking and process performance base lining experience
- Exposure to BPMS and GQM approaches and relevant tools & techniques
- Should have experience in designing, developing and implementing Prediction and process performance models
- Good at Causal Analysis methodologies
- Mentor six sigma projects using DMADV, DMAIC and Lean.
- Hands on Experience on Data Analysis (using analysis techniques)&Statistical tools,Minitab
- Excellent command over MS Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc
- Results based focused skill set with strong impact and influencing skills.
- Tenacity and energy in leading change towards an effective work environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively to direct and motivate team and others, maintaining a persuasive and credible presentation style at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and process focus

Qualifications :
- CMMI Certification or training-
- Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt.
- Must have mentored Lean or GB projects.
- Candidates must have minimum a graduation degree
- PMP / MBA preferred
- Candidates must have IT background
Experience :
- Candidates must have 3 plus years of CMMI and Six Sigma implementation experience and overall experience should be between 5 to 7 years.
