Job Description :

- The position requires someone who can effectively work in a team environment as well as individually with minimal supervision. Good oral and written communication skills are also important to effectively gather and share information with the production teams, business partners and other developers.

- Good working knowledge of the claims or member processing systems to accurately code macros that follow the processing instructions closely.

- Good troubleshooting skills and experience will also be helpful to diagnose and resolve issues with macros that fail to function properly.

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible to manage multiple projects working in conjunction with business stakeholders

- Communicate effectively to drive solution implementation in business and influence without authority

- Responsible for driving people focused goals by working with a team of BA and SBA to help improve skill through training

- Contribute towards multiple team level initiatives

- Encouraged to contribute through a hobby project to develop and enhance existing analytical capability of the team

- Work closely with internal customers, business leaders, subject matter experts or knowledge holders to ensure macros adhere to processing instructions.

Qualification :

- Assess and interpret the facts and needs of the business to provide innovative solutions to complex, nonstandard requests and problems.

Experience :

- Relevant analytics experience of 4-6 years

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong analytical skills, with focus on problem solving in areas pertaining to consumer, marketing, fraud and operations

- Adept at coding in R, SAS, UNIX, SQL and Python

- Should be aware of database management systems and associated data extraction

- Familiarity with any visualization tool would be an added advantage

- Should be familiar with statistical techniques required for model development

- Ability to meet deadlines, handles multiple priorities and performs job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision

- Willingness to learn new software applications

- Excellent interpersonal and team skills

- Professional, motivated, proactive and flexible

Education Qualification : Any Graduate /post Graduate
