Join us to conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.
Primary responsibilities:
- Participate in requirements gathering, service-oriented modeling, analysis and design activities
- Work in the analysis phase of the system development cycle and consult with users to evaluate business requirements, identify operating procedures, evaluate existing or proposed systems, and prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
- Develop detailed design specifications, data mapping and data transformation rules.
- Define, use and communicate design patterns and best practices in service oriented analysis, design and development
- Review design documentation with QA and Development teams, being a resource for questions that arise during development and testing
- Communicate with internal and external business partners. Should be able to handle Onshore/Offshore model.
- Act as the liaison between Business and Developers and project management groups
- Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution. Present design solutions to the business
- Develop strategies to improve SDLC and governance processes
- Develops pioneering approaches to emerging industry trends.
- Ensuring timely deliveries for all assigned tasks as per SLA.
- Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for Go/No Go decision
- Develops innovative approaches on performance optimization & automation.
- Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc.
- Provide functional leadership to the team. Mentor and guide them whenever required.
- Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor. Participation in monthly PMR.
- Participation in various application process initiatives like QMS, CMMI, PMR, SMR, Monthly Meeting etc.
- Provide PoV documents & encourage the team to do so.
- Build, maintain and strengthen relationship with stakeholders
Desired Skills:
- In-Depth knowledge of Healthcare EDI is mandatory. People having clearing house experience will be preferred.
- Educational Qualifications: B.Tech / MCA/ MTECH /MS Graduation (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).
- Extensive experience of System Analysis and writing system requirements is mandatory
- Ability to identify system changes and verify that technical system specifications meet the business requirements.
- Good exposure on the Healthcare domain knowledge.
- Knowledge/Experience on working all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle
- Deep Knowledge/Experience on X12, HL7.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with MS Project and MS Visio, UI design tools
- Proficiency in Defect Tracking Tool.
- Strong facilitation skills to gain customer requirements
- Strong problem solving, interviewing and fact finding skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good at multitasking and organizational skills
- Good attitude and self-motivated.

Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
- 5+ year of experience in business/finance analysis.
- Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required.
- Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required.
- Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures.
