Job Responsibilities: Employee will be responsible for the following.
- Creation of need based Advance Excel reports & Dashboards - Including hands on exposure towards working on Microsoft PowerPoint
- Liaison with leaders for reporting / data requirements and furnish the same
- Interpret / analyze business requirements and functional specifications - Participate in and/or discussions with stakeholders
- Analyze, review, forecast and trend complex data, reviewing the analysis and interpretation of others' work
- Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
- Ability to use and create Pivot tables, V-Lookup and References, which will be used in forecasting and modeling to solve complex business processes and outcomes
- Support short- and long-term operational / strategic business activities through analysis
- Develop and prepare reports relating to the performance of business metrics for stakeholders
- Ability to analyze results of data and provide summary of trends, implication, headwinds and areas requiring operational resolution
- Demonstrate ability to communicate information and recommendations to business leadership
- Ability to build relationships and partner across matrixed teams to achieve business goal
Desired Skills:
- Good in Analytics
- Business Intelligence exposure
- Sound knowledge of VBA & SQL
- Project Management exposure
- Good understanding of business acumen
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
- 3+ years of experience in reporting
